In 2002, the collaborative effort between Swedish companies Alfa Laval and Haldex marked a pioneering stride in sustainability, introducing a groundbreaking patented solution aimed at curbing emissions from diesel engines. Benefitting from increasingly favorable legislation in subsequent years, Alfdex ascended to become the foremost supplier in the market, catering to major international entities like Volvo, Scania, and Mann+Hummel. Today, virtually all truck manufacturers across North America and Europe integrate this product, now known as the Alfdex g-Cleaner.

Robin’s role focused on manufacturing operations, process architecture, and cross-functional project coordination aimed at improving production efficiency, scalability, and organizational workflows. His responsibilities included mapping and optimizing production and administrative processes, redesigning ERP and intranet systems for improved operational insight, defining KPI structures for bottleneck analysis, coordinating supplier relationships under ISO-compliant frameworks, and supporting assembly line expansion projects through resource, workflow, and timeline alignment.
