‍Talk Innovation was a non-profit innovation hub developed in collaboration with Linnaeus University, Drivhuset, and Videum Science Park to support entrepreneurship, product discovery, and cross-functional collaboration between students, startups, academia, and industry professionals.

The initiative hosted weekly conferences, workshops, and networking events focused on technology, business development, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving, helping connect emerging ventures with local companies, institutions, and talent within the Växjö innovation ecosystem. While Gustav Ebertsson and Pooya Yousefi led much of the operational execution, Robin contributed as a strategist and operations co-founder by shaping the initiative’s direction, activities, communication, and organizational development. His responsibilities also included mentoring and coaching founders in business strategy, product discovery, and team-building, leading analytics workshops translating data insights into organizational intelligence and talent strategy, hosting recurring networking seminars, and facilitating collaboration between businesses, academia, and institutions for research, innovation, and employment opportunities.
