‍Talk Innovation was a non-profit innovation hub developed in collaboration with Linnaeus University, Drivhuset, and Videum Science Park to support entrepreneurship, product discovery, and cross-functional collaboration between students, startups, academia, and industry professionals.

The initiative hosted weekly conferences, workshops, and networking events focused on technology, business development, innovation, and collaborative problem-solving, helping connect emerging ventures with local companies, institutions, and talent within the Växjö innovation ecosystem. While co-founders Gustav Ebertsson and Pooya Yousefi led much of the operational execution, Robin contributed as an Innovation Advisory Partner by shaping the initiative’s direction, activities, communication, and organizational development. His responsibilities also included mentoring and coaching founders in business strategy, product discovery, and team-building, leading analytics workshops translating data insights into organizational intelligence and talent strategy, hosting recurring networking seminars, and facilitating collaboration between businesses, academia, and institutions for research, innovation, and employment opportunities.
