Through dedicated architecture roles, advisory initiatives, and consulting engagements, Robin has worked across AI systems, SaaS, hardware, operational processes, digital product ecosystems, and professional services environments. His work focuses on market discovery, business innovation, solution design, operational process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and structural scaling across multidisciplinary teams spanning more than 15 countries.

Robin established a non-profit innovation hub in collaboration with Linnaeus University, Drivhuset, and Videum Science Park, driving collaboration between technology ventures, academia, and industry. This initiative later laid the groundwork for a highly recognized proprietary AI system, ranked among the top 10 high-impact projects nationwide out of more than 350 competing companies.

His responsibilities included target state roadmapping, AI system architecture, organizational design, supplier management, and strategic business development, while collaborating with specialists, suppliers, and partners from companies such as Intel, Sony, Fossil, Seiko, and S&P Global. He also facilitated governance and strategic alignment with senior board executives from €20M-€1B revenue companies, and led business engagements resulting in €25-500K deals and approvals across private and public sectors
