His experience includes stakeholder alignment, partnership development, organizational scaling, and contributing to cross-functional structures supporting sustainable growth and effective execution. His work has involved establishing senior leadership structures, recruiting and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, building strategic networks, and collaborating with investors, suppliers, institutions, and business partners throughout different stages of expansion and organizational maturity. This includes establishing a senior board consisting of executives experienced in managing companies ranging from €20 million to €1 billion in annual revenue, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams of more than 35 specialists and stakeholders. Robin has also secured support through both private and public funding channels, including backing from organizations such as Vinnova, EUIPO, Almi, and Google’s startup program, as well as VCs and angel investors from Manpower Group, Heudden Invest, Inquiette Invest, and Vitellius Invest. Through strategic communication, relationship-building, and business development initiatives, his focus remains centered on creating scalable structures, aligning long-term objectives, and supporting practical growth through collaboration, coordination, and continuous development.
